Colony Place, affordable lots for Fairhope
In an effort to continue the Fairhope experience that has proven to be so
successful in the past, we offer a truly unique opportunity for people to build
their dreams. The Fairhope Single Tax Corporation has 9 lots in its new 100-lot
residential Colony Place development now available for lease, and we will have
35 additional lots available by March 2001. We have been leasing land in and
around Fairhope for over 100 years and are proud to continue this tradition of
helping to build "shared community value". A typical lot at Colony
Place averages 100 feet by 190 feet. Prior to January 1, 2001, these lots are
available to FSTC lessees and members at a lease fee of $18,500, which
represents only the development costs. After that date (sooner for non-FSTC
lessees or members), this price will be increased to $20,000 by the addition of

Directions to Colony Place
From I-10, drive south on US Highway 98 through Fairhope to Fairhope Avenue
(the Plantation Pointe Shopping Center will be to the left of this
intersection). Continue south three more traffic lights, then turn left on
County Road 44. Colony Place will be 1/2 mile on your right.
